Andy Labs is operated by Care& Family Health ("Andy Labs", "we", "us", or "our"). We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit andylabs.io and how we handle it. It covers this website only. Any engagement for the Andy service is governed by the separate written agreement we enter into with a customer.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you request a demo or contact us, you give us your name, work email address, company name, and the description of the work you would like to hand off. If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to include in that message.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records standard server logs when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. We use these logs to keep the site secure and reliable. This website does not run advertising or analytics tracking, it does not send your browsing activity to any third party, and it does not set marketing or third-party cookies.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your request, arrange and run a demo, answer your questions, and follow up with you about Andy Labs. We use server logs to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

3. How we share your information

We share your information only in these cases:

• Service providers. We use service providers to run the site and process your request, including our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and our own secure infrastructure that receives demo requests. They may handle your information only to provide those services to us.
• Legal reasons. We may disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

We do not share your information for anyone else's marketing.

4. How long we keep it

We keep the information from your demo request for as long as we need it to evaluate and follow up on your inquiry and to maintain our business records, and in most cases no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you. You can ask us to delete it at any time using the contact details below, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

5. How we protect it

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and we restrict access to the systems that receive your request. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@andylabs.io and we will respond. If you are in Canada, we handle personal information in line with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your information to respond to your request and to pursue our legitimate interest in operating and promoting our business. You have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to our processing of your personal information, to ask us to restrict it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. The European Commission and the United Kingdom have each recognized Canada's commercial privacy law as providing adequate protection.

7. International handling

We are based in Canada, and our providers may process your information in Canada and in other countries. Where your information crosses borders, we take steps to keep it protected.

8. Children

This website is meant for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Material changes will be posted on this page.
