Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of andylabs.io. Andy Labs is operated by Care& Family Health ("Andy Labs", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About the site
This site provides information about Andy Labs and the Andy service. It is for general information only. Nothing on the site is an offer, a contract, or a promise of any particular result. Any use of the Andy service is governed by a separate written agreement between Andy Labs and the customer, and that agreement controls if anything here conflicts with it.
2. Using the site
You may view and use the site for your own lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to:
- interfere with or disrupt the site or its security,
- access it using automated means such as scrapers or bots, other than standard search-engine indexing,
- copy, reproduce, or redistribute its content except as allowed by law, or
- use it in any way that is unlawful or infringes someone's rights.
3. Demo requests
When you submit a demo request, you are asking us to get in touch. It does not create any obligation on you or on us until we sign a written agreement. Please make sure you have the right to share any information you send us, and do not send confidential or sensitive information through the form.
4. Intellectual property
The site and its content, including text, graphics, the Andy Labs name, the &Y mark, and other logos, are owned by Andy Labs or its licensors and are protected by law. We give you no license to them except to view the site as intended. You may not use our names or logos without our written permission.
5. Illustrative content
Screens, examples, and figures on the site are for illustration. Names, messages, and numbers shown in product images are fictional and are used only to show how Andy works. They do not represent real people or real customer data.
6. No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Andy Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100). Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
8. Third-party links
The site may link to other websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Andy Labs harmless from any claims or costs arising out of your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario for any dispute relating to the site.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Your continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
12. Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
